TapTune ("we", "us") is a browser-based music creation service. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, a securely hashed version of your password (we can never see your actual password), your language preference, and whether and when you purchased Premium.
- Nothing else. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.
Your music
Songs you create in TapTune are generated entirely in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. When you download your song, the audio file is rendered on your own device.
Cookies
We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Payments
Premium purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your card details are handled entirely by the payment provider — we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation that your purchase succeeded.
Emails
We send transactional emails only: account verification and password reset. We do not send marketing emails.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@osinot.cloud from your registered address — we will remove it within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and Turkish KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@osinot.cloud to exercise any of these rights.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
