Terms of Service
Effective date: July 8, 2026
1. The service
TapTune is a browser-based music creation tool. A free tier is available to everyone; registering a free account unlocks additional instruments; a one-time Premium purchase unlocks all instruments, all melody voices, multi-layer melodies, and WAV download.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One account per person, please.
3. Premium
Premium is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. It unlocks Premium features on your account for the lifetime of the service. Access is activated automatically right after payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
4. Refunds
Because Premium is digital content delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided once features have been used. If something went wrong with your purchase — you were charged but Premium did not activate, or you bought it by mistake and haven't used it — contact us within 14 days at hello@osinot.cloud and we will make it right. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
5. Your music is yours
You own the music you create with TapTune. We claim no rights over your songs. You may use downloaded audio files for any purpose, personal or commercial, with no attribution required.
6. Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, overload it, resell access to it, or bypass its payment mechanisms. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability & liability
TapTune is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
